iZone Help DeskThe iZone is a special place for Lincoln University staff and students. It is the central point to access information resources and information technology for research and study, with Library staff here to help you maximise the use of these resources.

The Reference Collection, PCs for assignment use, iZone Help Desk, printers and scanners are all located in the iZone.

Library staff in iZone: Helping staff and students with course related questions.

Weekdays*

9:00am – 5:30pm (6:00pm Friday)

Outside of these hours, limited reference and ITS services are available from the Service Desk.

 

ITS staff in iZone: Helping students with login, software, printing and wireless connectivity issues

Weekdays*

9:30am - 12:00 noon, 

12:30pm – 3:30pm (finishing 12:30pm Wednesdays)

 

*Semesters One and Two only. Hours vary during semester breaks and Summer School. 
 

 

Note:

The iZone's purpose is for research and study. Use of equipment and conduct of users should reflect this purpose. For example:

  • you may be asked to log off if using a computer for personal use
  • you may be asked to leave the iZone if your behaviour is disturbing other users.
