Statistics and data analysis retreat
This workshop focuses on guiding postgraduates to organize their analyses. The workshop will assist students to save time by organizing projects into questions, graphs datasets and analyses that work together. This workshop is a BYOD.
Many postgraduate projects require working with data and statistical analyses, but it can be difficult to find a community to support this work, and intimidating to get started. To address this, we will run a workshop focused on helping people to organize analyses for postgraduate research. We’ll also try to help save time by fostering connections with other researchers. The session will be run by Dr. William Godsoe who has done a variety of data science projects including experiments, machine learning and biodiversity analyses primarily in R.9:00am – 1:00pm
